Zilker Botanical Garden

The Zilker Botanical Garden has to be one of the most underrated places in Austin. I went mainly for the Succulent Festival (photos of my haul to come), but our $2 admission fee (yes, $2 measly dollars!!) let us wander the gardens as well. WOW. My family and I didn’t even cover it all. There are many different gardens (Japanese, Herb, Rose, Prehistoric…) covering 26 acres. It’s certainly worth a visit.

I’m not much of a selfie person, but there were two particularly beautiful spots. I couldn’t help myself.
