Baked a cheesecake the other day! It turned out ok. The consistency wasn’t right. It was a little too grainy, not smooth enough. I’ve heard that over mixing can affect the consistency, but I don’t think I over mixed! The best part was the oreo crust – that was delicious. I think I’m going to get some small baking tins, like little individual pies or tart trays, and practice making them smaller first. That way I don’t waste all the ingredients. My family enjoyed it though. I’m just more of a cheesecake snob than them, haha.
