Last year, my photo focus was on quantity. Take as many photos as possible. Take at least one new photo every single day. Check! This year, I’ve thought about focusing on my website/blog, updating more with a eye on quality instead of quantity. However… I just don’t have enough quality series to update as often as I would like.
So, I’m going to start posting blogs more often, but they will be simple and short with just a few photos. I really want this to become a more traditional blog – little updates on what I’m doing every day – but with a focus on photography (obviously). I’d also like to start featuring things/places/people! Let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to cover: firstname.lastname@example.org or tweet me @kphilphoto.
Yesterday, my mom and I saw Book of Mormon at the Pantages. OH MY GOD, it was there greatest think I’ve even seen or heard. I literally (not figuratively, literally) sat in my seat with my mouth wide open the whole time. SO FUNNY SO SHOCKING SO INAPPROPRIATE. I’m obsessed.
Anyway, I digress. Before the play, we went to Grain Lab for lunch. What a wonderful little place! After talking with the cashier, she said their storefront in Burbank was their only location and they’d been open for about a year and a half. Their goal is to provide local business workers, families, and community members with a premium dining option at an affordable price. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, kale salads, quinoa sides, and wraps. Their tea is probably my favorite part – fresh brewed organic peach passion iced tea, yum!
