A little while ago, I really hurt my back. No idea how it happened, but suddenly I was completely out of it. Couldn’t even stand up straight. My dad is the back injury pro (as are most firemen). He said there’s one thing that will help an tweaked back (muscular, I’m sure walking with a slipped disk isn’t good) – WALK. Put in some serious milage. Over the week, I walked several hours a day. Walking for that long alone can get boring, but I listened to my favorite podcasts, Freakonomics and Stuff You Should Know, took my Photojojo wide angle/macro lens, and it was quite enjoyable!
